I spoke with an incredibly nice woman when I first called about pricing to install a lock in my apartment. Then, the locksmith came within the window they said, and the two guys were incredibly nice. They explained the different options, then promptly got to work and installed it quickly. Very nice and helpful. California Lock & Key always go above and beyond the call of locksmith duties! I have used their residential locksmith services for my home in Northridge for years. Most recently I called their commercial locksmiths after I found out the keys we had for the Master locks on two POD units were the wrong keys. We were moving offices the next morning and needed an unlocking service in Burbank that night! CA Lock & Key's mobile locksmiths picked the locks to give us access and then put on new locks and provided the correct keys. We were all so relieved and grateful for the emergency locksmith services they provided that my boss called them back out for a free consultation for a digital keyless access control system. I had a tired Mommy moment and accidently locked my car keys, house keys, cell phone and toddler in my car. I didn't have an extra key so I called California Lock and Key Company, my go-to locksmith, from my neighbor's phone for an auto lockout. The emergency locksmith must have dropped everything cause they got to me in about 20 minutes. The service as usual was impeccable. In the past my husband and I have called them for everything from automotive locksmith transponder key repair, residential deadbolt and high security lock installation on our home after we got robbed, and my husband had them do a commercial access control system at this office with keyless card readers and panic hardware. I have never found myself in a lockout situation until a faithful Saturday when I misplaced the only key to my apartment, I didn’t notice until I got home. It was a terrible situation I must say. I Have nowhere to go and was in a confused state. I called on my neighbor if she knows any locksmith available that will help me with the locks she too was out of ideas. Thank God I called a buddy of mine at work who recommended california lock& key . I placed a call and I described what happened to the lady that answered my call. I gave her the description to my place and in the twinkling of an eye a guy came around and opened the door in a matter of minutes. Despite other locksmith companies advertising 24/7 service, only CA Lock and Keys in Santa Clarita would come out and get me back into my car. Their automotive locksmith came out late on a Saturday night and did an auto lockout for us on the spot. We chatted about all kinds of problems like ignition repair and chipped key replacement. They were very knowledgeable and offered some great advice. It was much cheaper than calling a towing company too. My family has called them before for residential locksmith and commercial security services. They can handle everything from pick resistant locks and deadbolts to comprehensive access control systems and panic hardware installation. We highly recommend them!
I needed a locksmith ASAP at my home & I didn't know where to turn. I called around for a few quotes and it just seemed as if everyone was trying to get over on me. I have called them for many locksmith and security issues from residential locksmith services when we moved into our new home in Los Angeles and had some of the locks rekeyed and some lock changed out (my wife didn't like the silver color decorative hardware). I have used them for commercial locksmiths in the installation of my card reader keyless access security system and to help after marshall evictions to my rental property in Burbank. They have saved my butt several times like when I needed an emergency automotive unlocking service after I accidentally locked my keys in the car on my way back to work. Another time my car key broke off in the ignition. I tried to pull it out but made matters worse. California Lock and Keys not only extracted my broken key but they did expert ignition repair work too. Their mobile locksmith technicians are fantastic and always respond quickly.
