I spoke with an incredibly nice woman when I first called about pricing to install a lock in my apartment. Then, the locksmith came within the window they said, and the two guys were incredibly nice. They explained the different options, then promptly got to work and installed it quickly. Very nice and helpful. I was afraid after reading some other reviews from other locksmiths, but the team at california lock and key company is professional, nice, and trustworthy. Would recommend
